Si trova, quindi, in una posizione ottimale, che permette agli ospiti che vi soggiornano, di poter raggiungere a piedi tutti i monumenti ed i siti archeologici dei Sassi e della città di Matera.
La Conca è una tipica abitazione dei Sassi: un suggestivo open space di 80 mq, nel cuore del Sasso Caveoso, per metà ipogeo scavato nella roccia, per metà costruito.
Per questo motivo è naturalmente fresca nei mesi estivi.
L'abitazione, completamente autonoma ed indipendente, è arredata con cura ed attenzione.

L'abitazione, arredato con cura, dispone di uno spazio cucina attrezzato, bagno con doccia, riscaldamento autonomo e televisore.
L'abitazione può ospitare fino a quattro persone. In cucina sarà a disposizione per gli ospiti, una colazione varia ed abbondante, con prodotti tipici.
Prezzi: € 60,00 la doppia.
Per ogni letto aggiunto il costo è di € 10,00.
I prezzi includono la prima colazione e la fornitura della biancheria.

Bed and Breakfast

La Conca bed and breakfast is plunged in the silent and relaxing stillness of a lane in the Sassi.
Therefore, it lies in an ideal situation, which allows its guests to reach by feet all monuments and archeological sites in the Sassi and in the whole city of Matera.
La Conca is a typical Sassi house: an evocative open space measuring 80 square metres, in the hearth of Sasso Caveoso, half excavated in the rock and half built up.
For this reason it is naturally fresh in summer.
The house, fully autonomous and independent, is carefully furnishedand designed.
Services and charges

The house, furnished in good taste, has got a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, autonomous heating, TV color; it may receive up to four persons.
A varied and rich breakfast, with typical gastronomical products,is at our guests’ disposal.
For a double room, euro 60,00 are charged.
For every additional bed, euro 10,00 are charged.
Prices include breakfast and linen.
